Do you consent to your stall, products and yourself being photographed to be used to promote future WAM Makers Markets?

We are very aware that our Makers prefer to let their Makes feature rather than themselves… however, I am a firm believer in showcasing the Makers BEHIND the beautiful handmade that they make.
We will only show photos and footage that highlight the friendly atmosphere of the market and the talented Makers that we showcase.

You are applying to be a Stallholder at our
WAM Thornbury Bowls Club TWILIGHT CHRISTMAS Makers Market

Stallholder Fees are $90 per stall per market and are payable two weeks before the Market.

Stallholders MUST provide their own 1.8m (or smaller) trestle table.
WAM will provide chairs
Please note that this market is held INDOORS and space is limited.
Your stall space must not exceed 1.8m in length, regardless of the size of your table.
There is limited space for additional racks and hanging displays.

Bump in will commence at 2PM and all stallholders must remain set up till 9pm.

No refunds will be issued if a stallholder cancels no later than one week before the market.
