Application process :
WAM Pop Up Makers Market is a highly curated makers market with a wide array of stalls. There will be limits applied to the number of stalls within categories, for this reason, we ask that you await confirmation of your stall approval before payment is made. Once your application has been approved, WAM will send you an invoice with payment details. Payments must be made by direct deposit, one month before the market date. Please use your name and market date as reference on payment.
Stallholders may share a large table, but MUST complete a joint application form and must apply as a shared table.

Cancellation Policy : There are no refunds given on cancelled market dates.
A credit towards future markets will be given subject to availability and timing of cancellation.
If cancellation occurs in the two weeks prior to the market, stallholders will forfeit 50% of the paid stallholder credit. If cancellation occurs in the week prior to the market, stallholders will forfeit 100% of the paid stallholder fee.
If WAM cancels a market due to inclement weather, all stallholder fees will be refunded.
Public Liability Insurance
WAM ensures that public liability insurance covers all aspect of the market including stallholders and public. Product liability insurance or insurance for items on stall that are outside of a trestle table is the responsibility of individual stallholders.
The market will be publicised extensively through social media, printed fliers, real estate boards and word of mouth. As with all markets, the more promotion that stallholders contribute, the better.
