We love bringing our Wild About Melbourne Pop Up Makers Market
to Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.
Our market philosophy is pretty simple.
We celebrate the best in local handmade, art and design in great locations.
We believe that you should be able to have a locally brewed beer as you shop local handmade which is why we often Pop Up in bars!
However, we also appreciate a good gin and tonic and a nice cup of tea. At the charming Thornbury Bowls Club, you’ll find the fine women from the Bowls Club whipping up Devonshire Tea so you can stop and enjoy the vintage wall paper and beautiful handmade wares.
At the same time, we are just as comfortable converting Reservoir’s
high street into a thriving market strip.
Another thing that sets our markets apart from others is location and size, we favour quirky venues in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs, especially Northcote, Thornbury, Preston and Reservoir.
Our markets aren’t huge – there is no sense in overwhelming the senses. At a WAM Pop Up Makers Market, you’ll find about 20 stalllholders doing what they do very well. A great mix of stallholders with something for everyone.
We very proudly have a fabulous community of both makers and shoppers
that follow us around – thank you!
In saying that, each market attracts different stallholders so no two market is EVER the same.
